fat, and carbohydrate metabolism as well as vitamin metabolism. This in-turn is
affecting, how the human cells can use energetic compounds. The thyroid also
regulates other glands responsible for metabolism.
Halasan:

preventive measure and also to treat Type 2 diabetes, where the causes are

Paschimottanasana the intestines, gall bladder are smoothly pressed and
stimulates well. The soul energy of the body will be strengthening by spinal
cord, spinal nerves are pulled during the time of asana. It prevents diabetes.
